Early in our careers, we were part of the product and engineering teams behind the first generation of smart TVs, gaining hands-on experience taking complex hardware products from concept to market.

Later, we started a new venture from scratch in the consumer audio space. In the karaoke microphone category alone, we reached annual sales of over 2 million units, with total shipments exceeding 10 million devices worldwide.

We are building a software platform centered around memory systems, long-term memory, and proactive AI — designed to move beyond reactive assistants and toward AI that truly understands and supports people over time.
